Birds seen; 13 minimum House Martins. 6 Swifts. Several Swallows. 1 Pied Wagtail. 1 Grey Wagtail. House Sparrows. Chaffinch. Lots of Willow Warblers, singing and some collecting grubs. Several Skylark and Meadow Pipits. 2 Wrens. Blackbirds. Corvids including 1 white Carrion Crow. Woodpigeons. 2 Jays. Magpies. 1 Kestrel. 2 Canada Geese. Coot with young. Moorhen. Mallards and good numbers of Trout in the Goit.
