We have received the following request concerning ringed Canada Geese:-

'Whilst they are hemmed into small areas of water, therefore possibly easier to drag on to land towards bread, I wondered if you could possibly check Canada Geese for metal rings.

There have been some quite interesting movements involving Llangorse Lake (to e.g. Belmont and more recently Pine Lake). In this respect, ANY you see should involve a distantish movement as there is no ringing programme in the county.'
