Pied Wheatear - Meols, Wirral

Could not resist a twitch today to see the 1st. winter male Pied Wheatear on the seafront at Meols near Wallasey on the Wirral. It is a very confiding bird and came within a few metres of the admiring throng of birders/photographers. Photos below:
