Unfortunately, the Bewick Swans had flown off before we arrived, but on the positive side it was dry whilst we were there. There were an impressive number of Pintail and Shoveler on the floods. we could do with a few of them at Bretherton! Full sightings:-

Marsh Harriers with green shoulder tags were apparently ringed at Sculthorpe Moor in Norfolk in 2012 by the Hawk and Owl Trust.
