A single ruff and a female wheatear were the highlights today full list , 2 redshank , 4 oystercatcher , 8 sand martin , 20 lapwing , several teal mallard and shelduck ,2 corn bunting on the finney and one on mawdesley moss singing , 2 pairs of kestrel , pair of stock dove , singing skylark and yellowhammer , 2 chiffchaff .
Wheatear brings my chorley list up to 102 species .
