MALE HEN HARRIER CROSTON/MAWDESLEY MOSS
the male hen harrier was on the mawdesley moss this afternoon near the railway line , it was a good day for raptors i also spotted a peregrine on a pylon , a merlin , 4 kestrels and a sparrowhawk also 18 grey partridge , 20 tree sparrows , several yellowhammer/reed bunting , 200 pinkfoot , the hen harrier also turned up on the croston side as i was leaving .
