No sign of the Hen Harrier this morning. Main feature was several small skeins of pinkfeet flying over and one which landed in a field by the river. Bonus birds were Willow Tit by the railway and Little Owl at the depot. Full sightings:-
PF Geese 25E, 50E, 35W, 70W, 30S and 50 down, Canada Geese (skein of 50S), Cormorant 2, Grey Heron, Pheasant 2, RL Partridge, Buzzard 2, Kestrel, Little Owl, Woodpigeon, Collared Dove, GS Pecker, Skylark (lots well scattered), Fieldfare, Blackbird, Robin, Wren, Dunnock, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Willow Tit, Magpie, Crow, Jackdaw, Starling, House Sparrow, Tree Sparrow 15, Chaffinch, Greenfinch, Goldfinch c12, Linnet c70, Yellowhammer and last but not least wandering Mistle Thrush

A different route taking in the Finney brought similar sightings so I won't list them all again.
Favourites were: Yellowhammers seen in 4 locations. Tree sparrow also seen in 4 locations. Several flocks of linnet. 20+ Fieldfare. Wren. Pretty sure I saw a female merlin on The Finney. A weasel running across Drink House Lane. Nuthatch. A buzzard being mobbed by 3 crows.
