For your records - I reported seeing a pair of Stonechat here on that date, now that I have processed my photos I can see that one was a Male Stonechat and the other was a female Whinchat.

I can see where your coming from, but apart from the fact that it's late for a Whinchat, the neck collar says Stonechat and I suspect the apparent supercilium is just exaggerated by the light conditions. I was thinking Siberian Stonechat, which does have a pale supercilium, at first but the neck would have to be paler.

I think overall it is too dark for a Siberian Stonechat. Unfortunately I only got one clear shot from the front, but here's a back view:
