Twin lakes , gadwall numbers down , around 10 tufted duck , 4 little grebe , 2 gc grebe , lots of canada geese , 4 adult mute swan and 8 juv mute swan ( a pair with 7 young were on the douglas a few week ago ), lots of coot .
Croston/ mawdesley moss , lots of pinkfoot around with a few hundred landing near the douglas , few mallard on the river , spotted a single stoat swimming across the river , at least 6 buzzard , 3 kestrel , flushed 5 yellowhammer off a stubble field , small flock of lapwing , small flock of linnet on a set aside field , 8 mistle thrush .
