Croston Twin Lakes:
1 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Gadwall, 4 Wigeon, 1 Moorhen, many Coot, 4 Mallard, 8 BH Gulls, 5 Mute Swan including a juvenile (no sign of juvenile Whooper Swan), 2 Great Tit,1 Blue Tit, 2 Blackbird, 1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Dunnock, 1 Robin, 1 Magpie, 3 Woodpigeon, 2 Carrion Crow and 1 Chaffinch.
River Lostock:
5 BH Gulls in clay pigeon field, 1 Heron, 1 Pheasant, 2 Carrion Crow, 3 Wren & 2 Dunnock.
Gale Moss:
15 BH Gull & 6 Lapwing, 3 Jay near to canal.
Started the day with 36 species, added Jackdaw, Goldfinch and Lesser Black Backed Gull flying over Great Knowley and Feral Pigeon in centre of Chorley.
With the GC Grebe, Sparrowhawk, Lapwing, Jay & Heron that brings my total up to 45.
