A Willow Tit near the ford on Dean Black Brook was a good sighting for the New Year, as was a Kingfisher along the brook. There seemed to be a movement of Woodpigeon with flocks of 80 and 150 going over heading south. Full sightings:-
Mute Swan (2 ad and 2 juve), Canada Goose 21, GC Grebe, Mallard 12, Tufted, Coot 18, Moorhen 15, Buzzard, BH Gull, LBB Gull, Woodpigeon 250+, Kingfisher, Pied Wagtail 11, Mistle Thrush, Fieldfare 3, Redwing 4, Blackbird 20+, Robin, Dunnock, Blue, Great, Willow and LT Tit 8, Nuthatch, Treecreeper, Jay, Magpie, Crow, Chaffinch, Goldfinch
