White Coppice.

Second visit looking for the Whinchat this time a positive result , found the stunning male bird in the ferns just to the right from the gate at the back of the cricket field ( 7.00pm ) also present in the same area was a stunning male redstart looking after 2 youngsters ( the male giving great views ) , 2 young stonechat were with the whinchat , wren , blue and great tit , willow warbler , grey wag feeding youngster , 3 kestrel , at least 1 raven then the rain came .
Whinchat brings my chorley year list up to 125 species .
