Since my last visit, the footpath from the Froom Street access, which runs between the two lodges, and almost as far as Bagganley Lane, has been re-constructed. I presume Healey Nab Action Group are involved in it somewhere along the lines, so well done!
Birdwise, there weren't great numbers around, but there was a good selection including Goldeneye, Grey Heron, Kingfisher and Dipper. Full sightings:- Mallard 24, Goldeneye 2, Coot 6, Moorhen 14, Grey Heron 2, BH Gull 30, Woodpigeon, Kingfisher, Pied Wagtail, Redwing, Fieldfare, Blackbird, Robin, Wren, Dipper, Dunnock, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Long-tailed Tit min 12, Jay, Magpie, Crow, Starling, Chaffinch, Goldfinch, Siskin, Bullfinch 2
Mammal: Grey Squirrel
