Where I live, house sparrows and starlings are as rare as hens teeth!
Low and behold, 5 starlings on the feeder and a couple of house sparrows in the garden.
They emptied the feeder in a matter of hours!!!
Bought some 'emergency' supplies from a local shop £4.49 for 80g
