While walking near heskin hall this morning 2 flocks of geese flew over the first one was a good distance away with around 60 birds the next one flew right over me , i decided to have a quick scan through them to my surprize i picked out 3 white fronted geese ( id by black bars on their bellies) there was around 40 birds so there could of have been more white fronts with them , other birds :- eccleston, 2 snipe , 1 fem bullfinch , 5 goldfinch feeding on teasel ,
heskin hall area, 3 buzzard , 1 kestrel , 1 sparrowhawk ,
