nly 4 coot on the water , 7 mallard flying around, flushed 2 snipe , flushed woodcock on 3 occasions ( possibly same bird) , 1 peregrine flew right over the e shaped pond, 1 kestrel , 1 buzzard , a male sparrowhawk was hunting redwing , several fieldfare and blackbirds were feeding in the hawthorn.Doles lane :- 10+ stock dove feeding on stubble , nearby 6 grey partridge were on another stubble field , 5 reed bunting 1 yellowhammer, 1 skylark , 2 chaffinch all feeding on a ploughed field, 2 kestrel.
