Great Knowley, YVP & Anglezarke Reservoir

Great Knowley 21.10.11 - Tawny Owl in my front garden at dusk then flew over the house.
Great Knowley 22.10.11 - Red Admiral Butterfly in back garden, flock of 12 Redwing flew W to E across former quarry at 13:00hrs.
Great Knowley 23.10.11 - mixed flock of 30ish Redwing & Fieldfare flew S to N across the estate at 14:05.
YVP 22.10.11 - BH Gull, Coot, Magpie, Waterhen, Mallard, 5 Mute Swan, Common Buzzard, Blue, Great & Coal Tits, Nuthach, Chaffinch. No Snipe or Water Rail.
YVP 23.10.11 - BH Gull, Coot, Magpie, Waterhen, Mallard, 5 Mute Swan, Blue, Great & Coal Tits, Nuthach, Chaffinch, Robin Dunnock, Blackbird. No Snipe or Water Rail.
Anglezarke Reservoir 23.10.11 - Single male Pochard with Mallard at north end.

Big Lodge - packed with BH Gulls probably 100+ lots of children feeding bread ( us included!) and on Top Lodge the Water Rail, showing very well, very confident bird!
