Spotted a single peregrine perched at the top of a large electric pylon not far from were i spotted two birds the other night , 3 kestrels , a buzzard was perched on a large bale of straw , 1 red legged partridge , heard grey partridge , 10+ snipe again ( in the same boggy stubble field) , 10+ meadow pipit , heard a skylark , as the light faded i heard a tawny owl calling near the train line and to finish the night off a barn owl glided past me over a stubble field ( the bird appeared to have come from the rufford direction) all the sighting tonight came from the croston side .
