Seen in Eccleston today at edge of pond on field near Syd Brook Lane, flew towards the River Yarrow.

I'm sure I've got some I took ages ago tho it might take me a while to find them as I used to randomly download my pics onto CDs whenever I had too many clogging up my computer. I'll take a look later.

Sorry Chris I've trawled through all the CDs I can find but can't find any pix of Green Sands plenty of Common Sand,Ruff, redshank Black winged Stilts etc. but no green Sands!
