November Meeting

Post by phil kirk »

I remind you that on Thursday evening 19th November, we have Ken Green making a welcome return to Chorley to give his talk "Gardening for Wildlife".

Ken was one of the founding members of our society. He now lives in Hornby, where he and his wife, Mary, run a plant nursery. If you have friends who are keen gardeners, then why not bring them along. It sure to be an enjoyable and informative meeting.

The meeting is at St Mary's Parish Centre, Chorley and starts at 7.30pm.

Members' Evening Dec 17th
I also appeal to anyone who would like to do a short presentation at Members' Evening to let me know. We also invite entries into the annual Photographic Competition. You may submit up to 3 images (digital only, but I will scan slides or even prints if you give me enough time before the event). The photos should be of Any Natural History Subject OR Landscape taken in the Chorley area.
