Not been out much over the last few days, but observations from the house have seen wren, magpie, woodpigeons, a couple of lonely lapwings and a constant stream of passing gulls.
But how about this - one of my friends, who works for the Ambulance Service in Standish, had an unusual patient in the back of the Ambulance on Boxing Day in the form of a Goldcrest, obviously seeking warmth and shelter. Pics on my Blog at Countryside-Pics.blogspot.com
