First Light

Post by phil kirk » Sat Dec 25, 2010 9:36 am

I should not have been surprised to see a really bright star in the (south) east at first light this morning!

Venus, I think, but it was too cold to set up the telesope outdoors and double glazing doesn't do much for image quality!

Best wishes to all for Christmas.
