With the Old Length of the canal still frozen eight Mallard came into the garden for the birdseed...



...followed by two of three Pheasants.

Our regular Songthrush has learnt a trick from the Blackbirds.

The Kestrel was back on the hawthorn tree yesterday (3rd) as was the Nuthatch and a GSW seen for the first time this winter.
