A bright and delightful morning brought in no particular order: 1 mistle thrush, 1 song thrush, 2 fieldfare, 7 yellow hammers, 3 reed bunting, wren, skylark, ,lots of house sparrows, tree sparrows (at 2 locations), b&g tits, green, gold and chaffinch, 24 lapwings, flock of c100 jackdaws, flock of c800 corvids (mainly crows), buzzard, magpies, blackbirds, c200 starlings in several flocks, 7 moorhen, 2 corn bunting and treat of the day at least one BARN OWL (I bet it wasn't a treat for the owl/s to be still hunting at 11.15am).

Anyone got a photo of a tree sparrow I can use for my blog?
