eccleston syd brook
quite a productive morning, i decided to go off the beaten track the first decent sighting was a hunting peregrine it appeared to be chasing redwing and a single mistle thrush the peregrine only spotted me at the last second and did a vertical climb before going back on itself and flying towards croston i then had a good treble of a hare a cock pheasant and a woodcock all from the same hedgrow a little further on produced gs woodpecker and a heron plus bullfinch mixed tit flock and plenty of chaffinches overall very productive considering the amont of dog walkers in the area.
