The blackbirds enjoyed cheap apples from Aldi.
As well as the regular Songthrush, a rattling Mistlethrush and a Jay popped into the garden today.
Whittle Hill Quarry had black holes for swallowing any unsuspecting animals brave enough to test the ice.
