a person from the village has informed me of a flock green parakeets in a garden in the village he said there was over ten birds in the flock , i have seen a single bird before in the village but a flock may suggest wild birds.

It would be interesting to know if they are Ring-necked (Rose-ringed) Parakeets. Thanks.

the birds were seen in gardens backing on to the millenium field which is on red house lane ( next to the chinese takeway) eccleston the birds would be easy to pick up if they are in the area i will only get to look on sunday so if any one can have a quick look before then they might get a pleasant surprize.
