Plock Wood balsam removal
Hi All,
Apologies for a late update, just been catching up on stuff.
The final total of balsam pulled in the clearing in 2015 amounts to 156,534. the last 8 being pulled on November 4th 2015.
The group will be going back into the clearing from mid march 2016, to pull this years , this is quite possible as the seeds are Liable for at least two years.
With natural activity, some seeds not at germination level last year, may be brought up to it ready to grow this year.
It is hoped we can pull any stragglers this year, with out cutting any of the new bramble growth.
I will keep you informed of the progress.
Thanks Eddie Langrish
