Coal tit, blue tit, great tit, nuthatch, siskin, great spotted woodpecker, greenfinch, long-tailed tit, blackbird.
A regular user of the Park reported seeing " a small woodpecker about the size of a sparrow" near Town Brow car park on the first of Jan. I will investigate further

Beware! A small 'woodpecker' to a non-birder could be a Nuthatch or even a Treecreeper!
