Lead mine clough/reservoirs

A very wet wander around Lead mine clough and a circuit of Upper Rivington reservoir.

LMC.
Kestrel. family party of Goldcrest. Mistle thrush 2. Chaffinch 5. Wren 2

flock of c20 Crossbill flew out of the dead forest and into the pines at the top of LMC

male Stonechat with a single juvenile by the dead forest.

Yarrow reservoir.
Mallard 7. Oystercatcher 2. Swallow 4.

Upper Rivington reservoir.
Cormorant 4. Mallard 18. Canada Geese 29. Greylag Geese 3. Great crested grebe 2. Grey Heron 2. House martin c10. Carrion Crow 65 in the adjacent fields.
Rabbit 2.

lot of boating activity on Lower Rivington so no wildfowl.
