Bretherton eyes .

3 raven flying along the line of pylons , oystercatcher heard , kestrel , at least 1 reed warbler heard along the douglas towards bank hall , several mallard on the river , 2 juv swallow with 2 adults near to the bridge , 2 yellowhammer , 2 whitethroat , also had a walk along the canal were i spotted several reed warbler families ( at least 6 juv being fed by parents ) also several sedge warbler seen and reed bunting , the warblers were showing very well at times , some of the adults were flying across the canal taking insects off the water then heading straight back to their noisy young .
