Ridley Lane

Pump House Lane and Ridley Lane. Birds seen. 1 Willow Warbler. 4 White Throats. Woodpigeons. Corvids. 1 Mallard. 2 Oystercatchers. 1 Canada Goose. Three juvenile LT Tits together. Moorhen. Blackcaps singing along the route. Heard a Reed Warbler. Good numbers of House Sparrows. 8 House Martins collecting mud from the river bank. 1 Male Banded Demoiselle. Gatekeeper, Red Admirals. Speckled Wood. ST Shells and lots White Butterflies, and a Comma Butterfly on Runshaw Lane. A few Dragonflies around as well. 1 Kestrels on Holker Lane.
