Common Bank Lodge and surrounds

Post by ianball »

Little Grebe and 3 young present. Coot and Moorhen with young and the 2 Mute Swans on the lodge. 2nd pair of Moorhen on small pond on the meadow. 3 young Grey Wagtail mooching about, and wonder if GSW young have fledged, lots of noise from the trees. Nuthatch nest in the wall of the road bridge! Reed Bunting noisy on the meadow, along with Whitethroat. Large 'vole' seen swimming in the river, too fast for id.
