Yellow Legged Gull OR Lessor Black Backed Gull

Spotted in a barley field on Blackmoor Mawdesley last Saturday 2 ( only 1 photographed on a very long lens ) possibly a Yellow Legged Gull or Lessor Black Backed Gull
ID suggestions Please. Initially I just thought they were Herring Gulls but on closer inspection maybe not. The large red marking on the beak and yellow legs may lead me to a Yellow Legged Gull. -- Although of course it could be just be a Lesser Black Backed Gull.

What can be seen of the slate grey back, seems its a LBB John.
