Withnell Moor

From 6.30am: curlew (2), Canada goose (2 commuting between Brinscall Lodge and the moors), single BH gull, red grouse (3), raven, pied wagtail (3), goldfinch (2), redpoll, linnet (9), wheatear (pair), stonechat (pair), willow warbler.

Willow warbler (first seen yesterday) takes Chorley species total for the year to 100.

Well done Neville. Thought you'd have popped down the road for the House Martin to be your 100 :-) There's 3 over the house today...
