6 Lapwings back on the fields this morning, a single lapwing was seen on the 20th and numbers have slowly increased. A Curlew was heard calling, 100 + Black Headed Gulls feeding on the fields along with Meadow Pipits, Pied Wagtails, Starlings, Jackdaws, Carrion Crows, 20+ Redwings yesterday none today. A Tawny Owl was seen and a Nuthatch landed in a tree above my head along Doctors Lane. Also today 20 Canada Geese, 1 Buzzard, 1 Heron, 8 Mallard, 4 Moorhen, 4 Coot and 4 singing Song Thrushes.
