Wymott Ponds Area

33 species recorded today. Woodland fairly quiet, 5 Teal in the flooded area,3 Bullfinch, 1 Goldfinch,1 Jay, 1 Long-tailed Tit plus usual Tit species. 2 Buzzards and 1 Kestrel overhead. The stubble field and big hedge adjacent to the railway line again the best area again - 3 Song Thrushes, 50+ Redwings, 20+ Chaffinches, 100+ Wood Pigeons, 4 Stock Doves, 500 Jackdaws(stubble field).

In the big hedge 4 Reed Buntings, 18 Yellowhammers and a flock of 20 Tree Sparrows.
