A Raven has been in the area all week, yesterday it was being mobbed by 40+ Jackdaws, today it was being left in peace. Good numbers of Redwings and Fieldfares in the area too. Also seen today 6 Meadow Pipits, 4 Snipe (no sign of any Jacks) 6 Pied Wagtail, Buzzard, Heron, Kestrel, 40+ Jackdaws, 21 Blackbirds and 2 Yellowhammers.

Thought I had a murmuration of Starlings this morning, as they came closer I could see they were Jackdaws! Counted over 350 on one of the pics I took plus many more in surrounding trees. Raven still around.
