Nice walk around the moss this morning. Birds seen; Only a few Woodpigeons and Stock Doves. 79 Whooper Swans on one of the floods with several Canada Geese. 30 plus Fieldfare and a smaller number of very flighty Redwings. House Sparrows. corvids. Magpies. 4 Stonechats. Linnets and Goldfinch feeding on the thistle. Meadow Pipits some bathing in the puddles. 3 Pied Wagtails. 2 Blackbirds. 4 Yellowhammer 2m/2f. 1 Robin. 4 Buzzards. 2 Kestrel and large numbers of Lapwing, Starlings and gulls flying around.
