This morning 10:30 to 11:30

Birds seen/heard - 1 Sparrowhawk being harassed by a Carrion Crow and later seen again attacking a Kestrel with a Common Buzzard also joining the fray. Shortly after noted three Common Buzzard flying low in the area. 1 adult Chiffchaff singing and a juvenile begging an adult for food. Possible Willow Warbler heard. 10 Goldfinch, 2+ Bullfinch heard, Dunnock, Robin and Wren heard. 1 Great Tit seen. 1 Gray Wagtail and 1 White/Pied Wagtail seen on a wet area in a field.

Lepidoptera - 6 Speckled Wood butterflies, 3 Small Tortoiseshell and 2 Large White seen.

Odonata - 1 Brown Hawker, 3 Common Darter (2f & 1m) Dragonflies and 2 (m) Emerald Damselflies seen.

Other insects - 1 Common Green Shieldbug.

Fungi - Sulphur Tuft and 3 more not yet identified.

Amphibians - 1 Common Toad.
