Croston finney / moss , 30+ snipe , juv ringed plover , 30+ mallard , pale looking buzzard and kestrel .
Bretherton , eyes lane busy with dog walkers , back lane spotted a little owl in flight following my car and eventually landed on a post ten foot away giving great views , e shaped ponds barn owl hunting , female tawny owl calling , 2 snipe , 1 fem pheasant , mallards coming into land on the ponds .
