Little Egret 1st field on South side Off Ticklers lane there now midday

Sorry about the rushed text, just to clarify entering Tincklers Lane from Doctors Lane it's the public footpath on your left opposite Tincklers house, the Egret was about half way along the field on your left. That's Eccleston of course.

Little Egret on field opposite Eccleston Cricket Club off Doctors Lane still there 7-35, Bird right next to road when I saw it at 6-30 this morning by 7-30 it had moved further in towards the center.

Still present at 5.50pm feeding with bh gulls .

Gary, going by its bill and leg colour - all black-its an adult, probably a non breeding bird. In juveniles the bill is more greyish and the legs paler or greenish. It doesn't look in pristine condition though does it, body feathers are light brown instead of white as you'd expect, I suppose it could just be dirty!
