12.45-1.30pm - LBB gull, curlew calling, buzzard (2), kestrel, sprawk (m), jay (family of 4), c whitethroat, several silent willow warbler/chiffchaff flitting about, greenfinch, yellowhammer.
Lepidoptera: gatekeeper (many), meadow brown, red admiral, small/large white, small skipper
Odonata: emperor, four-spotted chaser, common darter, blue-tailed and mostly blue (blue thorax stripe wider than the black one) damselfly

Went this evening and extended into the wheat fields by the railway tunnel, 6 or 7 whitethroat and 8-10 yellowhammer in total. Linnet, song thrush, goldfinch, willow warbler or chiffchaff. Couple of kestrel also.
