in the Holts Flat plantation were Lesser Redpoll c10 and Goldfinch 30-40 including several juveniles.

Butterflies.
Small Heath 2. Small Skipper 10. Meadow Brown 15-20.
c50 Peacock caterpillars on nettles at Simms.

Odonata
Emperor dragonfly near Old Rachels. Common Hawker 2 at Limestone clough. Large Red damselfly on Anglezarke moor.
