Evening visit:- birds on Big Lodge similar to Nora's plus a Common Tern fishing the lodge for most of the time I was there. A female Mandarin was at the back of Top Lodge plus the rogue male Mute Swan (aka Charlie). The Reed Warbler was still singing frantically. Also singing were Blackcap and Chiffchaff, and a family party of Jays was screeching around the back of the lodge.
Two blokes were rowing a rubber dinghy around Big Lodge.
