Anglezarke north end

Post by Neil Southworth »

The water level has dropped so that the island has begun to reappear and a shore line has developed. A pair of Oystercatchers was on a spit of land. The annual moulting flock of Canada Geese numbered around 60. Other birds included pair of Bullfinch, singing Blackcap and plenty of young Nuthatch and titmice in the canopy.
Butterflies:- GV White 2
Mammals:- Grey Squirrel 2
