Cuckoo
On my previous post I noted that a Cuckoo flew west at 12:15 from the White Coppice direction and across the former Great Knowley quarry. Whilst I was photographing the sunset I noted the Cuckoo returning to White Coppice at 20:37. I presume it was the same bird, could it have another mate somewhere to the west of the M61 or was it away feeding?
