Astley Park lichens 2

Short stroll to look for lichens for Bioblitz in area around hall and lake. Most trees just had the pollution tolerant species and old walls in walled garden had less than expected numbers of lichens. List will be submitted towards records for Bioblitz. Just 3 species of fungi were seen -Turkeytail, Smoky Bracket and Giant Polypore. Didn't record birds in general but 4 Mute Swans on lake, one on nest being guarded an aggressive male and one of the other two was a juvenile.
