New Year ramblings

Mixture of walks, bike rides and stop offs on the way to Southport. Many repeat sightings to others, but of interest:

2 Waxwing and a Neville in Chorley (1st)
1m and 2f Teal on top lodge, YVP (1st)
1m and 1f Goosander, Common Bank Lodge (1st)
c20 Redwing, c30 Fieldfare, c20 Mistle Thrush were largest flocks around Mawdesley (2nd)
1 Little Egret in field W of Bretherton

Chorley 2019 list at a nice round 50 as of today.

OOA - 6 species of raptor at Marshside with great views of hunting Merlin and Hen Harrier
