No sign of Wigeon or Pochard 10 minutes ago, 2 Shoveler still there.

Did you see them at the north end John?

Had a ramble around Anglezarke today, as John said it was a super day to be out, the moors were especially lovely in the sunshine, with not a single cloud in the sky, unfortunately there wasn't a single bird either!
The only birds seen in Lead mine Clough were a Raven overhead, Coal tit and a couple of Chaffinch.

Yarrow Reservoir. Cormorant 9. Mallard 14

High Bullough Reservoir.. Mallard 5. Grey Wagtail.
UU are doing some work on the dam at the north end of the reservoir which may account for the lack of wildfowl.

Anglezarke Reservoir... Mallard c40. Teal 32. pair of Shoveler. Moorhen 5. Lesser black backed Gull. Black headed Gull c30.

White Coppice and Stronstrey Bank. Fieldfare c20. Goldfinch c15. Long tailed Tit 6. Goldcrest.
Grey Squirrel 2. Roe deer..
